How does matching work?
You and your partner each sign in and link your accounts with a single invite code. You then swipe names independently. When you have both said yes to the same name, it appears in your shared Matches list. Nobody else can see your swipes.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app, go to your account, tap Advanced, then Delete account. This permanently removes your account, swipes, ratings and custom names. There is no undo and no backup copy is kept. Full detail is in our privacy policy.
I paid for the unlock but don't see it
Make sure you're signed in with the same account you bought it on, then use Restore purchases in the app. The unlock is tied to your couple, so once one of you buys it, both of you get it. If it still doesn't show, email us and we'll sort it.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your swipes and shortlist are visible only to you and your partner. We don't sell data, show ads, or run trackers. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
